1. Some beautiful works by the late children’s illustrator, Marc Simont. Simont illustrated over a hundred children’s books during his long and vibrant career, including The Stray Dog and the Caldecott winning A Tree is Nice. He was known for his elegant, fluid illustrations. He will be sorely missed by the countless readers who came to know and love his works.
